Egyptian lapis lazuli plaque-shaped bead with cartouches and other hieroglyphs, New Kingdom, ca. 1552-1295 BC.


Product Description

New Kingdom lapis lazuli plaque-shaped bead, inscribed with three cartouches (Thoutmosis III probably) and hieroglyphs on one side, other hieroglyphs on the other side. Pierced for suspension. Probably 18th Dynasty.

One small chip at both suspension holes. Otherwise intact.
